Here are answers to some common questions that our customers have about our business and operation. If you have a specific question concerning our business that you do not see answered on our website, you may call us at 941.926.4942.

  • What are your regular business hours?

Our regular business hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. We are closed on Friday through the weekend.

  • Can I drop off my vehicle after hours?

Yes. You may park your automobile in the front parking lot. Please remember to remove all of your valuables from your vehicle. We will not be held responsible for any theft that might occur on our premises. Also remember to drop your key through the slot by the entrance. We also would appreciate notification of the drop-off and the services and/or repairs that are required on the vehicle.

  • Are you available on the weekends?

No. However, we are able to make arrangements for you to drop off your vehicle after hours if you are unable to come during our regular business hours. Please contact us to make such arrangements.

  • Do you require an appointment?

No, an appointment is not a requirement. However, making an appointment helps us to complete repairs more efficiently and avoid overcrowding in our shop and parking lot. Call us at 941.926.4942 to schedule an appointment, or use our appointment request form and we will contact you to make arrangements for your vehicle's repairs.

  • Can you provide an estimate for repairs?

Yes. As a matter of fact, we recommend that you get an estimate for your vehicle's repairs so that you can be informed as to the cost of parts and labor.

  • What are your labor rates?

Our hourly rate for repairs is $80/hour.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

In addition to the forms of payment already mentioned, we also accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and most after-market extended auto warranties.

  • How often should I get an oil change (LOF)?

Consult your owner's manual to see the manufacturer's recommended intervals for your vehicle's oil changes. The mileage interval can vary depending on your vehicle.

  • What is included in an oil change (LOF)?

Our LOFs consist of draining the engine oil, changing the oil filter and putting in new oil. Although not necessary with every LOF, we also include a tire rotation when needed or requested.
